Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare, founded in July 2002, is proud to be the only full-service behavioral health service provider in Okanogan County. In addition to our beautiful and modern facility in Omak, WA, we also support our local school districts with onsite mental health services.

PTO
We understand the importance of life outside of work and we want you to take the time off you need. All full-time employees begin accruing PTO on their start date and accrue up to 3 weeks per year.
Medical/Dental/Vision
We want our people to live happy, healthy, and productive lives. That’s why we cover the full Medical and Dental premium for our employees as well as a portion of the premium for their dependents. We also offer vision insurance.
401K
